There are five sourcing regions: Punjab for North India, Maharashtra for West and Central India, Karnataka for South India including Tamil Nadu, Kerala for Kerala, and Kolkata for East and North East India. Deliveries run through 12 facilitation centres. A puppy or bird bound for Chennai doesn't cross the country from Punjab. It comes from within the south. The pet's price is the same everywhere in India. ## Why we source close to you A long journey is the hardest part of buying a pet online. Hours in a carrier, temperature changes and handling all add stress, and stress can bring out illness in a young animal. That's especially true for small birds such as Sun Conures and for very young puppies and kittens. We used to hear this most from buyers far from our Punjab base, such as families in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and the North East. You decide with full information. ## Same price everywhere The pet's price is uniform across India. Where it's sourced from doesn't change it, and buyers in distant states don't pay extra for a regional source. You book with a 25% advance, pay in full online, or choose Cash on Delivery in eligible cities. 2. The pet is vet-checked and gets its Fit-for-Travel clearance at the farm. 3. When our team collects it from the farm, you see it on a **live video call**. 4. It travels with an escort in a ventilated carrier, via the nearest facilitation centre. In summer we don't move animals between 11 AM and 4 PM. 5. You check it at your door before paying the balance.
