Grooming and coat care in Eastern West Khasi Hills

The aim is dry, clean skin — appearance comes second. Maintain strict tick, flea and worm control, which peak in the wet season.

Is the Exotic Short Hair Kittens right for Eastern West Khasi Hills?

Start with the weather, not the breed standard. Here near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, and a medium-sized cat feels that more than an owner expects. The Exotic Short Hair Kittens adapts well to Eastern West Khasi Hills on a sensible routine — steady hydration and shade rather than reduced activity. Maintain strict tick, flea and worm control, which peak in the wet season.

Feeding a medium cat here

Feed age-appropriate food matched to a medium build, and change brands gradually rather than overnight. In high-rainfall tropical conditions water matters as much as food — near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, and appetite often dips before anything else shows.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, let the kitten approach people in its own time rather than being passed around, and keep the diet unchanged at first.

Exercise and routine through the extended rainy season in Eastern West Khasi Hills

The extended rainy season is the stretch that needs planning. Near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, so keep sessions short and frequent. Consistency does more for a Exotic Short Hair Kittens than intensity ever will. Towel-dry after every walk in the rains and check between the toes for irritation.
