Space and the outdoors with a Chihuahua Puppy

Space is rarely the constraint here; the routine is what needs attention. For a family friendly, good with kids dog the fit is usually good either way.

The first week

Expect a quiet few days. Most puppies eat less and sleep more while they settle. Keep the food the same as before the move, introduce the household gradually rather than all at once, and hold off on visitors for a bit.

Grooming and coat care in Tezpur

Let the weather set the schedule, not the calendar. With the green, rainy climate is mild but demands dry shelter and grooming discipline, a Chihuahua Puppy's coat and skin want checking more often through the extended rainy season. On a smaller coat, irritation shows up well before matting does. Towel-dry after every walk in the rains and check between the toes for irritation.

Is the Chihuahua Puppy right for Tezpur?

Start with the weather, not the breed standard. Here the green, rainy climate is mild but demands dry shelter and grooming discipline, and a tiny-sized dog feels that more than an owner expects. The Chihuahua Puppy adapts well to Tezpur on a sensible routine — steady hydration and shade rather than reduced activity. Towel-dry after every walk in the rains and check between the toes for irritation.
