Grooming and coat care in Poonch

The aim is dry, clean skin — appearance comes second. Poonch being cool hill, winters get genuinely cold, so warmth and joint care take priority, so a regular brush prevents most of what would otherwise become a vet visit. Older pets may need joint support as cold can stiffen movement.

Living with a Orignal Toy Pom Puppy in Poonch

With independent houses common, there is usually room for a tiny-sized breed to exercise at home. With more room to work with, the routine can stay informal, though it should still be regular.

Feeding a tiny dog here

Feed age-appropriate food matched to a tiny build, and change brands gradually rather than overnight. In cool hill conditions water matters as much as food — winters get genuinely cold, so warmth and joint care take priority, and appetite often dips before anything else shows.

Space and the outdoors with a Orignal Toy Pom Puppy

Space is rarely the constraint here; the routine is what needs attention. For a family friendly, good with kids dog the fit is usually good either way.

The first week
