The extended rainy season is the stretch that needs planning. Near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, so keep sessions short and frequent. Grooming and coat care in Longkhim

Let the weather set the schedule, not the calendar. With near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, a Pomeranian Puppy's coat and skin want checking more often through the extended rainy season. On a smaller coat, irritation shows up well before matting does. Ensure good airflow indoors to keep the coat and bedding from staying damp.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, let the puppy approach people in its own time rather than being passed around, and keep the diet unchanged at first.
