Feeding a large dog here

Feed age-appropriate food matched to a large build, and change brands gradually rather than overnight. In lush, wet tropical conditions water matters as much as food — the green, rainy climate is mild but demands dry shelter and grooming discipline, and appetite often dips before anything else shows.

Is the German Shepherd Puppy right for Tamlu?

Start with the weather, not the breed standard. Here the green, rainy climate is mild but demands dry shelter and grooming discipline, and a large-sized dog feels that more than an owner expects. The German Shepherd Puppy adapts well to Tamlu on a sensible routine — shorter outings, timed away from the midday heat. Ensure good airflow indoors to keep the coat and bedding from staying damp.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, let the puppy approach people in its own time rather than being passed around, and keep the diet unchanged at first.

Space and the outdoors with a German Shepherd Puppy

Homes around Tamlu usually come with their own ground, which takes the pressure off a formal exercise plan. A breed this size needs that outdoor time to be dependable, not occasional.
