Space and the outdoors with a Pomeranian Puppy

Homes around Tizit usually come with their own ground, which takes the pressure off a formal exercise plan. A small-sized breed manages this well when the outdoor time is genuinely regular.

Exercise and routine through the extended rainy season in Tizit

The extended rainy season is the stretch that needs planning. Near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, so keep sessions short and frequent. Consistency does more for a Pomeranian Puppy than intensity ever will. Ensure good airflow indoors to keep the coat and bedding from staying damp.

Feeding a small dog here

Diet is simpler than most guides make it. Good food suited to a small frame, fixed mealtimes, and any change phased in over a week. Because near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, keep water available and watch intake through the extended rainy season.

Grooming and coat care in Tizit

The aim is dry, clean skin — appearance comes second. Tizit being monsoon-heavy, near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, so a regular brush prevents most of what would otherwise become a vet visit. Keep a dry, raised resting area — prolonged damp leads to skin and paw problems.

Health and vet care in Tizit

Preventive care in Tizit is largely a matter of anticipating the extended rainy season. Parasite control and skin checks earn their keep here more than they would elsewhere. The vaccination record travels with the puppy; staying on schedule is the single best habit there is. Ensure good airflow indoors to keep the coat and bedding from staying damp.

Summer here peaks in June at about 33°C. That is manageable for a Pomeranian, but watch it closely because its double coat holds heat close to the body: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.

Winters are cool rather than cold, with January nights around 11°C. A light sweater helps a small Pomeranian on the coldest nights.

The rainy season runs from April to September, and July is usually the wettest month. Check for ticks after every walk; dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.

For a new Pomeranian puppy, the easiest months to arrive are February, March, October, November and December: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
