Health and vet care in Kundura

Preventive care in Kundura is largely a matter of anticipating the long monsoon. Parasite control and skin checks earn their keep here more than they would elsewhere. The vaccination record travels with the bird; staying on schedule is the single best habit there is. Keep bedding dry and the resting area well-ventilated, especially during the monsoon.

Feeding a large bird here

Feed age-appropriate food matched to a large build, and change brands gradually rather than overnight. In humid coastal conditions water matters as much as food — moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips, and appetite often dips before anything else shows.

The first week

Expect a quiet few days. Most birds eat less and sleep more while they settle. Keep the food the same as before the move, introduce the household gradually rather than all at once, and hold off on visitors for a bit.
