Talking Exotic Parrots in Diu

Choosing this size band in Diu

Settle the size band against Diu's realities before comparing individual birds. Moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips, and space is rarely the binding constraint in a town.

Local conditions in Diu

Care advice written for the whole country tends to miss Diu. Here moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips, which changes grooming frequency, walk timing and water intake through the long monsoon. Stay current on tick and flea prevention, which thrive in warm, damp conditions.

Why more families across the western region are choosing pets

Interest in pet ownership across the western region is growing steadily. Smaller households, more time spent at home and better access to veterinary care have all contributed. In Diu specifically, more generous plot sizes widen the range of workable breeds.

The first week

Expect a quiet few days. Most pets eat less and sleep more while they adjust. Keep food the same as before the move, introduce the household gradually rather than all at once, and hold off on visitors. Vaccination and deworming dates come with the pet, and we stay reachable if anything looks off.

Costs beyond the purchase

Think in terms of years rather than the purchase. Vaccinations, food, grooming and vet care continue for the life of the pet. In Diu, locate your nearest vet in advance so an urgent visit is not a scramble.

Health, vaccination and the guarantee

Every pet is vaccinated and health-checked before handover and travels with its records. A 7-day health guarantee runs from delivery. Keep the vaccination schedule going after that — in Diu's warm and humid conditions, Dry the coat and ears thoroughly after baths or rain to prevent fungal and skin issues.

Feeding and daily routine

Set meal times and stick to them; free-feeding makes it hard to notice when a pet goes off its food. Change diet slowly and only after the pet has settled. Diu's climate means moisture in the air can encourage skin and ear issues if grooming slips, so hydration deserves attention. Dry the coat and ears thoroughly after baths or rain to prevent fungal and skin issues.
