Gifting from New Zealand to Petlawad

You select the pet and pay from New Zealand; we deliver to your family's address in Petlawad, Madhya Pradesh. India runs 6.5 to 7.5 hours behind New Zealand, which is the practical detail most people underestimate — we agree when to call before anything is booked, rather than leaving it to chance. Our team plans the route in advance for a safe handover at your doorstep.

Choosing a pet that suits Petlawad

Petlawad has a subtropical plains climate, which means the climate swings from hot summers to cool winters, so care changes with the season. Keep deworming and vaccination on schedule — seasonal changes can stress the immune system. Homes here often have more space and independent plots, which gives a pet room to move and settle in comfortably. We recommend on the basis of the destination rather than the sender's location.

What your family receives

The pet arrives with its vaccination record and health documentation, and a 7-day health guarantee runs from delivery. Whoever opens the door gets a walkthrough of feeding, vaccinations and the first few days, and we stay reachable afterwards — useful when the person who paid is several time zones away. Families in the central region use this to mark birthdays, exam results and homecomings.

Common mistakes to avoid

The frequent errors are choosing on appearance rather than temperament, underestimating exercise needs, and changing diet too quickly. In Petlawad specifically, the other one is ignoring the season — Provide shade and constant water in summer; a warm bed and blanket in winter.

Health, vaccination and the guarantee

Every pet is vaccinated and health-checked before handover and travels with its records. A 7-day health guarantee runs from delivery. Keep the vaccination schedule going after that — in Petlawad's subtropical plains conditions, Shift walks to early morning and late evening through the peak summer weeks.

Seasonal care in Petlawad

Petlawad sees subtropical plains conditions, so the peak summer and winter swings is the period that needs most planning. Provide shade and constant water in summer; a warm bed and blanket in winter. Grooming frequency, walk timing and water intake all shift with the season here, and getting that rhythm right early prevents most avoidable problems.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, keep the same food initially, and let the pet approach people in its own time rather than being passed around. The vaccination record travels with the pet and we are contactable if you have questions.

Why more families in the central region are choosing pets

Interest in pet ownership in the central region is growing steadily. Smaller households, more time spent at home and better access to veterinary care have all contributed. In Petlawad specifically, more generous plot sizes widen the range of workable breeds.
