What your family receives

Whoever opens the door gets a walkthrough of feeding, vaccinations and the first few days, and we stay reachable afterwards — useful when the person who paid is several time zones away. Families throughout peninsular India use this to mark birthdays, exam results and homecomings.

Common mistakes to avoid

Most problems trace back to three things: picking a breed for looks, not matching energy levels to the household, and switching food abruptly. The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, keep the same food initially, and let the pet approach people in its own time rather than being passed around. The vaccination record travels with the pet and we are contactable if you have questions.
