Bichon Frise Puppy | Tuensang

Exercise and daily routine in Tuensang

Build the day around Tuensang's conditions rather than a number from a breed chart. The extended rainy season needs the most thought, because rainfall is among the highest in the country, so wet-weather care is essential. A smaller breed does better with several short ones. On difficult days, the space at home covers most of it.

Is a Bichon Frise Puppy a good fit for Tuensang?

Look past the breed guide for a moment. Tuensang is high-rainfall tropical, rainfall is among the highest in the country, so wet-weather care is essential, and homes tend to have their own plot. Put those together and a medium-sized breed is comfortable in the space a town home usually offers. That combination, not the breed standard, is what owners here actually live with. Towel-dry after every walk in the rains and check between the toes for irritation.

The first week

Expect a quiet few days. Most pets eat less and sleep more while they adjust. Keep food the same as before the move, introduce the household gradually rather than all at once, and hold off on visitors. Vaccination and deworming dates come with the pet, and we stay reachable if anything looks off.
