Shih Tzu and Lehra's climate

This is the part most new owners underestimate. Lehra is hot, dry — daytime temperatures climb high for much of the year, which shapes daily routines — and for a small dog that is the single biggest practical factor. Smaller breeds cope better with the heat but dehydrate faster, so water access matters more than pace. Watch for signs of overheating — heavy panting, drooling or lethargy — during peak afternoons.

Is a Shih Tzu a good fit for Lehra?

A Shih Tzu does well in Lehra if the routine suits the place. Space is rarely the limit here, so the routine can stay informal — which is to say a small breed is comfortable in the space a town home usually offers. The other half is the weather: daytime temperatures climb high for much of the year, which shapes daily routines. A light summer trim (for double-coated breeds, never shave to the skin) helps comfort.
