Exercise and daily routine in Bhandari

Build the day around Bhandari's conditions rather than a number from a breed chart. The extended rainy season needs the most thought, because near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention. A larger breed does better with two cooler-hour outings. On difficult days, the space at home covers most of it.

Is a Dogo Argentino Puppy a good fit for Bhandari?

A Dogo Argentino Puppy does well in Bhandari if the routine suits the place. Space is rarely the limit here, so the routine can stay informal — which is to say a large breed has room to move without anyone drawing up an exercise plan. The other half is the weather: near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention. Keep a dry, raised resting area — prolonged damp leads to skin and paw problems.

Grooming a Dogo Argentino Puppy through the extended rainy season in Bhandari

Let the weather set the grooming schedule, not the calendar. Near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention, which means coat and skin want checking more often through the extended rainy season. On a larger coat, matting and trapped moisture are the things to catch early. Keep a dry, raised resting area — prolonged damp leads to skin and paw problems.

Temperament and household fit

Dogo Argentino Puppy are generally Cheerful, Humble, Friendly. In Bhandari that matters in a specific way: with fewer immediate neighbours, there is more room for an energetic temperament to express itself. Match the dog to the routine the household actually keeps, not to the one it intends to keep.

Health, vaccination and the guarantee

Pets leave us vaccinated, dewormed and health-checked, with documentation included and a 7-day health guarantee from the day of delivery. Continuing the vaccination schedule matters, particularly given the lush, wet tropical conditions in Bhandari. Keep a dry, raised resting area — prolonged damp leads to skin and paw problems.

Why more families in the North-East are choosing pets

Pet ownership in the North-East is rising as more families adopt pets, driven by changing household patterns and easier access to vets and supplies. In and around Bhandari, space is less of a constraint than it is in the metros.

Common mistakes to avoid

Avoid choosing on looks alone, overestimating how much exercise the household can realistically provide, and rushing a diet change. In Bhandari, also plan around the extended rainy season rather than assuming a year-round routine. Maintain strict tick, flea and worm control, which peak in the wet season.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, keep the same food initially, and let the pet approach people in its own time rather than being passed around. The vaccination record travels with the pet and we are contactable if you have questions.

Costs beyond the purchase

The purchase price is the smaller part of the commitment. Budget for vaccination boosters, routine vet visits, food, grooming and occasional treatment. Grooming frequency in particular is driven by local conditions — in Bhandari's lush, wet tropical climate, near-constant moisture means skin, paw and bedding hygiene need real attention.

Which kind of pet suits Bhandari

Dogs, cats and exotic birds all do well in Bhandari, but they ask for different things. A dog needs daily outdoor time, which is easier to plan around Bhandari's lush, wet tropical conditions if walks are kept to the cooler ends of the day. Cats suit households that are out for long stretches. Birds need stable temperatures and no draughts. Maintain strict tick, flea and worm control, which peak in the wet season.
