French Mastiff Puppy and Imphal East's climate

This is the part most new owners underestimate. Imphal East is high-rainfall tropical — rainfall is among the highest in the country, so wet-weather care is essential — and for a medium-sized dog that is the single biggest practical factor. Smaller breeds cope better with the heat but dehydrate faster, so water access matters more than pace. Maintain strict tick, flea and worm control, which peak in the wet season.
