Exercise and daily routine in Maganoor

Build the day around Maganoor's conditions rather than a number from a breed chart. The brief pre-monsoon heat needs the most thought, because the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds. A smaller breed does better with several short ones. On difficult days, the space at home covers most of it.

Shih Tzu and Maganoor's climate

This is the part most new owners underestimate. Maganoor is moderate Deccan — the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds — and for a small dog that is the single biggest practical factor. Smaller breeds cope better with the heat but dehydrate faster, so water access matters more than pace. Take advantage of the mild weather with consistent daily walks and play.

Is a Shih Tzu a good fit for Maganoor?
