German Shepherd Puppy and Changtongya's climate

This is the part most new owners underestimate. Changtongya is lush, wet tropical — the green, rainy climate is mild but demands dry shelter and grooming discipline — and for a large dog that is the single biggest practical factor. Bigger breeds hold more body heat and tire sooner here, so hard exertion belongs at the cooler ends of the day. Keep a dry, raised resting area — prolonged damp leads to skin and paw problems.
