Gifting from New Zealand to Sakleshpur

You select the pet and pay from New Zealand; we deliver to your family's address in Sakleshpur, Karnataka. India runs 6.5 to 7.5 hours behind New Zealand, which is the practical detail most people underestimate — we fix a calling window up front so you are not chasing updates overnight. Our team plans the route in advance for a safe handover at your doorstep.

Choosing a pet that suits Sakleshpur

Sakleshpur has a moderate Deccan climate, which means comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward. Take advantage of the mild weather with consistent daily walks and play. Homes here often have more space and independent plots, which gives a pet room to move and settle in comfortably. What suits a home in New Zealand is often the wrong answer for Sakleshpur, so we work backwards from the destination.

What your family receives

The pet arrives with its vaccination record and health documentation, and a 7-day health guarantee runs from delivery. The person receiving the pet is taken through diet, vaccination dates and how to settle it in, and we stay reachable afterwards — useful when the person who paid is several time zones away. Families across South India use this to mark weddings, graduations and the first day in a new house.

Feeding and daily routine

Feed at fixed times rather than leaving food out, and keep whatever diet the pet arrived on for the first fortnight before changing anything. In Sakleshpur's moderate Deccan conditions, water matters as much as food — check the bowl more than once a day. Take advantage of the mild weather with consistent daily walks and play.

Costs beyond the purchase

Plan for the running costs, not just the one-off. Boosters, deworming, food, grooming and the occasional vet visit are the ongoing commitment. Around Sakleshpur, it is worth identifying your nearest vet before the pet arrives.

Health, vaccination and the guarantee

Pets leave us vaccinated, dewormed and health-checked, with documentation included and a 7-day health guarantee from the day of delivery.
