Summer here peaks in April at about 33°C. That is manageable for a Bombay: keep activity to the cooler ends of the day and a shaded, ventilated spot indoors.

Winters stay warm, with even January nights around 23°C, so there is no cold season to plan for.

The rainy season runs from June to September, and July is usually the wettest month. Dry the coat right down to the skin after it gets wet, or it can develop skin infections.

For a new Bombay kitten, the easiest months to arrive are November to May: not too hot, not too wet, and warm enough at night.
