Exercise and routine through the brief pre-monsoon heat in Malur

Build the day around local conditions rather than a figure from a breed chart. In Malur, comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward, which makes timing the variable that matters. Several brief outings suit this size better than one long one. Provide shade and water during the short hot spell before the monsoon.

Feeding a medium dog here

Diet is simpler than most guides make it. Good food suited to a medium frame, fixed mealtimes, and any change phased in over a week. Because comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward, keep water available and watch intake through the brief pre-monsoon heat.

Health and vet care in Malur

Preventive care in Malur is largely a matter of anticipating the brief pre-monsoon heat. Parasite control and skin checks earn their keep here more than they would elsewhere. The vaccination record travels with the puppy; staying on schedule is the single best habit there is. Provide shade and water during the short hot spell before the monsoon.

Grooming and coat care in Malur

The aim is dry, clean skin — appearance comes second. Malur being pleasant semi-tropical, comfortable temperatures for most of the year make routine care straightforward, so a regular brush prevents most of what would otherwise become a vet visit. Maintain a regular grooming routine suited to the breed's coat.

The first week

The first week is about routine, not excitement. Feed at consistent times, let the puppy approach people in its own time rather than being passed around, and keep the diet unchanged at first.
